Author of 10 business books to date, Mr. Lencioni writes books that focus on topics ranging from organizational health and teamwork, to leadership and employee engagement. He is perhaps best known for his 2010 New York Times Bestseller, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Other books include The Advantage (2012) and The Five Temptations of a CEO, and his most recent work The Ideal Team Player (2016).

In 2013 we had the privilege of brining Boaz Rauchwerger to Chico. Boaz, whose parents escaped from Europe in the late 30’s, was born in Israel. His family immigrated to the United States when he was 9. Although unable to speak the language at the time, he became a radio newscaster by the time he was in high school. Boaz has been a newspaper publisher, owned his own advertising agency, and has produced corporate films as well as a network television show.
