Every year the Chico Executive Group hosts an event that is aimed specifically at bringing value to the local business community. While everyone is welcome, our events are designed with a focus on enriching CEO’s, Executives and Management Teams.
Join us as we welcome a team from Echelon Front. Echelon Front’s mission is to educate, train, mentor, and inspire leaders and organizations to achieve total victory. Echelon Front offers unmatched solutions in leadership, strategy, innovation, management, team building, contingency planning, and crisis management developed and proven in the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams. The workshop will focus on Extreme Ownership, a book recently released by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin. At the Sierra Nevada Big Room, we will have Flynn Cochran and Mike Sarraille.
Cochran serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for Echelon Front, as well as leadership instructor, speaker and strategic advisor. He is a former U.S. Navy SEAL Officer, McKinsey & Co. Engagement Manager, and graduate of Harvard Business School. Flynn spent eight years in the Navy, six of them in the SEAL Teams. He served as an Assistant Platoon Commander and Platoon Commander at SEAL Team One and deployed three times to combat zones in support of the Global War on Terror.
Sarraille is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer, a graduate of the University of Texas McCombs Business School, and now a leadership instructor, speaker and strategic advisor for Echelon Front. Mike served fifteen years as an officer in the SEAL Teams and five years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an enlisted Recon Marine and Scout-Sniper. Mike served in SEAL Team THREE, Task Unit Bruiser alongside Extreme Ownership authors Jocko Willink and Leif Babin where he led major combat operations that played a pivotal role in the Battle of Ramadi in 2006. He is also President of Echelon Front Overwatch, a company that specializes in the recruiting, training and placement of U.S special operations forces veterans with companies seeking leaders with an Extreme Ownership mindset to build their ranks and dominate on their battlefields.
